3GRC’s development team are pleased to announce the release of new Platform developments. This time they are hugely centred around the policies segment, with additional improvements to the risk import function following release 3.06.
- Vast improvements to the layout and design of the agreements section (previously known as policies).
- Additional functions within the agreements segment.
- Individual agreement windows so that recipients can read and agree to documents in a timeframe according to its distribution.
- The ability to import risks into local risk libraries.
The policies section has been renamed to “agreements” to accommodate for its growing use cases. More importantly, the layout and design has been improved. Based upon client feedback, users can now add recipients to an agreement at any time, including after the agreement effective date. Per person agreement windows are then opened, to allow enough time for review. Additionally, users can now add entity categories to agreements, enabling the added entity to become part of the automated agreement process.
Risk import improvement
Risks can now be imported into local risk libraries allowing users to add risk definitions into the Platform before risk import. Furthermore, users can search by risk categories within their risk registers, enabling the identification of risks by risk domain.
If you’d like more information or clarity, we would be happy to arrange a Platform demonstration to go through the update in more detail.
